Hi!!! I'm Andrea, a 45-year-old who made a vulnerable choice three years ago to break free from the grip of fear that consumed my days. I realized that my thoughts shaped my mindset and overall happiness, and I desired a more fulfilling existence—a life filled with joy.

I have been married to Todd, my high school sweetheart, for 24 years. We have two amazing boys, Easton and Ryland. If we aren't home, you can find us at the lake, baseball field, and now we are entering the football world with Ryland. We love to travel as well. Family time and creating experiences is so important to me.

At the age of 38, I made the decision to leave behind the corporate world and retire. Having spent 17 years in the technology industry, working for the same company under the same boss, I felt it was time for a fresh start. My desire to prioritize my family led me to choose to stay at home and spend more time with my husband and boys.

Additionally, I am a certified life coach, with a focus on supporting people through trauma. I lived through and survived several "moments" of trauma in my life...abandonment, rejection, car wreck, and knee replacement. Life changed in an instant for our family in 2013. My boys and I survived a head-on collision at a combined speed of 150 mph. The boys had minimal injuries, me not so much. It took me a year to regain the ability to walk independently, which included hours of physical therapy. Along with the physical challenges, I also endured many hours of therapy to address the emotional challenges that I faced. This included PTSD triggered by vivid recollections of that fateful moment. After holding onto this emotional trauma for seven years, I truly began my emotional healing. Three years ago I decided to release the fear I had clung to and worked on changing my mindset. Now, instead of looking at my scars and feeling like a victim, my scars are a reminder that I am a survivor, brave and strong.

I know I am here for a reason and purpose. And so are YOU! I want to help you realize the few "moments" of wholly hell doesn't define your entire life and future. I'm here to support you in overcoming the challenges, acknowledging your inner strength, and guiding you towards discovering your joy.
